Have you ever had a coach record a movement you struggle with? Have you ever recorded yourself to see what’s happening? Do it! Watch to see where the improvement can be. Slow the video down. Trying to get double unders but no idea what’s going wrong, slow down the video. Trying to link toes to bar but can’t seem to figure out the fast feet? A side recording can be a great spot so you and your coach can see what went wrong.
You have to learn from the mistakes and misses. Those can make you a better athlete. Be humble and kind to yourself, you are trying your best. Just need some practice.
