Are you looking to start your journey in CrossFit but are turned off by the cost? Do you know someone who would thrive here but says they can’t afford it? Here are a few questions to ask yourself or your loved ones.
- Is your health a priority to you?
This is a hard question to ask and an even harder one to answer. Everyone faces obstacles in their life, whether they are a parent, have a demanding job, travel often, etc. At some point, you have to ask yourself if you are worth investing in. Your job, your family, your social life and your time is only important to you because you are here to experience it. We want you to ask yourself these tough questions and look a little deeper. Can you sacrifice some of your morning coffees, weekend cocktails, online shopping, or dining out to invest more into yourself?
- Do you see value in our gym?
Before you walk away, take some time to understand what you are paying for. Choosing a gym should not be based on the cheapest option, but more like choosing a hair stylist! Somewhere you can be comfortable, safe, and get the results you want. Book a consultation with us and ask questions. Learn what is different about CFT! Did you know that our elements program offers THREE personal training sessions at less than HALF of the cost per hour? Did you know we offer accountability for each and every membership type?
- How many things have you tried in the past? And how many times have you failed?
Another hard topic to face. How many fad diets, workout challenges, or globo gyms have you tried in the past? Did they work? Did they stick? Since you’re here, I’m guessing the answer is no. There are so many people out there who thrive in their fitness goals while working out on their own or at home. But the majority of us need coaches, need a community, need accountability, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Investing in your health and fitness is a hard step to take for so many people. This is why it is so important to find a gym that is willing to meet you where YOU are and work with you directly to help you not only hit your goals, but to find a way to sustain them.
